Consultation for Proposed Redevelopment and Reconfiguration
As part of a Department for Education renewal project with Kier as main contractor, Lionheart Educational Trust are developing plans for the reconfiguration and redevelopment of both Mercia Academy and Newhall Junior School to create much improved, modern educational facilities.

We invite you to view the proposals and provide feedback and continue to engage in the planning process. Following a review of stakeholder consultation feedback, it is intended to submit a full planning application to South Derbyshire District Council shortly thereafter.
Your feedback will be used to inform the detail of the proposed redevelopment.
